ALICE Technologies names first UK staff member

Noor Kanber has joined ALICE as an implementation manager and will be responsible for bringing new customers onboard, from scoping and planning projects through to deployment and ongoing support.

AI construction sequencing platform ALICE Technologies has appointed its first full-time staff member in the UK.

Noor Kanber has joined ALICE as an implementation manager and will be responsible for bringing new customers onboard, from scoping and planning projects through to deployment and ongoing support. She was previously with Severn Trent Water, where she has been leading a team delivering £100m of diversion schemes to enable HS2 works. She has extensive experience managing multiple packages of major works across multiple consultants and contractors, as well as monitoring costs, timescales, resources and risk.

Kanber said: “It’s an exciting time for infrastructure and construction in the UK, with a huge pipeline of projects planned. ALICE can enable major contractors to deliver these large-scale projects much more efficiently, and the opportunity to join them and help to drive innovation in this space was one of the main attractions of the role.

“As technical advisor for our customers, I will be helping them to use ALICE to its full capability so that they can achieve the optimum results on their projects.”

Rene Morkos, founder and CEO at ALICE, added: “Noor’s background and experience working with some of the biggest players in the market means that she will be perfectly suited to making sure that ALICE meets the demands of these major, complicated projects and that customers get the benefits that they need.”
