ALICE Technologies’ Schedule Insights Agent was selected for its ability to solve one of the construction industry’s most persistent planning challenges: extracting clear, actionable intelligence from complex project schedules without hours of manual analysis. Powered by conversational AI, the agent allows project teams to "chat" directly with their schedules to surface critical paths, quantify risks, and auto-generate side-by-side schedule comparison reports. By pairing generative schedule intelligence with automated review workflows, the tool enables contractors and owners to evaluate project scenarios faster, de-risk timelines, and communicate complex schedule changes to stakeholders with total transparency.
In evaluating the submission, the TechFest judging panel commended ALICE’s Schedule Insights Agent for its quantified project impact and real-world deployment, noting:
